Impression:

I guess that this series has decided on what it is going to give us and we are just going to have to accept that. I guess an episode about breasts was inevitable. I can’t believe that I just said that, but it is a thing. Apparently, Muromi used to have a really beautiful tail back when the dinosaurs were the dominant force on Earth. Fuji admired how beautiful Muromi was, but that love wasn’t reciprocated. Muromi has always been very jealous of Fuji’s comically large breasts. I guess there was an attempt to talk about how they interfered with Fuji’s swimming, but that was never a big focus. Takkun was actually a pretty big part of this episode. Muromi cornered him about breast size and Takkun did what every smart man would. He weighed his options.

1). Saying that he doesn’t care would make Muromi mad because he isn’t answering the question.

2).Saying that he likes large breasts makes him an asshole.

3). Saying he likes small breasts makes it look like he is taking pity on Muromi.

4). Run away.

Well, the fourth option was the only logical choice. I don’t blame the guy. He gets cornered again when Fuji wants Muromi to stop hanging around on land because it has messed up her tail. Muromi insists that the fun is worth it, but that isn’t good enough for Fuji. Takkun takes Muromi’s side and says that people should be allowed to do what they want with their bodies. That was literally al that happened with some extra humor thrown in.

That is pretty.

That is pretty.

Current Opinion of the Show:

I don’t hate this series. I actually thought that the quality of the humor was better in this episode than it has been recently.Although, I could have done without Fuji’s breasts taking up the entire screen. I guess I prefer episodes where Takkun plays a bigger role dialogue wise. A comedy like this needs the straight man in order to function because the ridiculous stuff that goes on isn’t at a high enough level to stand on its own. I don’t think that this series can be great, but it can be good enough. Well, good enough to make it seem like I am not wasting my time watching it. I still can’t stand the way that they draw the heads. If I had to say that I was looking forward to something, then it would have to be more Takkun. It seems like he is plotting something.
