Impression:

I felt like nothing happened in this episode. I mean, we found out that the majority of the demons that were produced by the popcorn mishap are fairly weak and that there are twelve heavy hitters that need to be expelled from the human world, but that is basically all that we got. There were more gags and we got to meet one of these powerful demons, but that is all that four and a half minutes will allow. The comedy is still nice and the characters are good enough to make a cliché concept into something that is entertaining, but I can only say that I am left wanting more in a good way before it evolves into a lack of substance. I almost feel like I need to watch blocks of episodes in order to feel like I am watching an actual anime. Not just for length, but also content. Given, it isn’t unthinkable to watch a couple of episodes at a time because they are so short, but things are getting kind of frustrating.

Current Opinion of the Show:

I have a lot of issues with the length of the episodes for this series, but I am still very entertained. If I look forward to seeing new episodes, then it can’t be all bad. I know that the series won’t be giving us much serious action, but I do want to see these twelve strong demons. Also, how about that female hero that we saw at the end of episode six? I am pretty sure that they didn’t specifically show her for no reason. I am mostly looking forward to marathoning all of the episodes at the end of the season. Mot like that will be difficult in the slightest.
