News – Symbiosi Update, 2/24/13

Let’s stick together.

Well, we had yet another successful week of campaigning. We hit trending on Twitter again and the heroes for heroes event helped out both children and companies selling the DC toys. I would like to thank everyone that participated in heroes for heroes for being a part of something that I never thought was possible. Other group start riots and hack company websites, but the fans of Young Justice and Green Lantern the Animated series are doing great things with their energy. Harmlessly signing petitions and trending on Twitter with positive messages. However, when the community decided to donate toys to charity, I was in awe. Giving the less fortunate a chance to enjoy the heroes that have given us so much is a wonderful thing. The Symbiosi movement is something that I can be proud to say that I am a part of because we are doing great things.

That is worldwide baby.

I want us all to take a second and appreciate the fact that this week’s picture evidence that we hit trending on Twitter is not a United States statistic. That is right, we hit number three worldwide on Twitter this past week. Great job everyone. Just when I thought we were doing well enough, I see this and I know that we are capable of even more. Let’s strive for number one in the world for this week’s new hashtag #CovertCorps. We have the next official hashtag, so I will go over the rules for this week once again: #1). Use the hashtag #CovertCorps, #2). Use the hashtag on Saturday only, #3). Use only one hashtag in your tweets, #4). Support the shows in any way that you can. Once again, try to be respectful in your tweets so that we will look like a serious group and not a bunch of angry COD fans. Keep up with the news during the week on yjfanvids. Things are going well so let’s not lose steam.

Once again we are killing it with the iTunes ratings.

I would like to address an issue that is being caused by a very small group of people. Some of the Green Lantern the Animated Series fans have been upset with the fact that their show has lost some of their normal ratings while Young Justice is not seeing such a drop. I will say that I prefer Young Justice, but I do watch Green Lantern the Animated Series. All that we can do is try to support each other in these tough times. Not everyone that watches these shows are part of Symbiosi, thus there will be some differences in the ratings. Let’s not lose focus now because we have gotten this far because we are working together. Once again, this is only a small group of people, but some animosity is still animosity. Remember, our goal is to renew both Young Justice and Green Lantern the Animated Series and we will not have succeeded until both see new episodes. So, let’s keep supporting our shows and look forward to the rest of the season.
