News – Warner Brothers Denies SMGO.TV the Ability to Bring Back Young Justice and Green Lantern the Animated Series, 5/3/13

I was really excited for this.

So, we finally heard back from smgo.tv about their meeting with Warner Brothers. Unfortunately, our shows did not make the cut. Before we all start rioting in the streets, I would like to talk about some interesting wording from this post. Warner Brothers does not think that we can reach our goals. I will admit right now that I have no idea how much it would take, financially speaking, to bring back our shows for a third season. Apparently, GLTAS was pretty damn expensive to make. Nevertheless, I think that there is still hope. If a lack of support is the reason that Warner Brothers refused us, then we just have to keep on showing our support for our shows. I know what you may be thinking. We have been showing our support for quite a while now. However, we have actually been working at this for less than four months. When it comes to something that involves as much bureaucracy as this, four months really isn’t a lot of time. We have to stay strong if we really want Young Justice and Green Lantern the Animated Series to come back. I almost want to say that the “do you believe that?” part of the post is egging us on. More support can only help.
