From the creator of Ga-Rei comes an interesting manga title called Tokyo ESP, which features a normal high school girl Rinka Urushiba who has PSYCHIC POWERS. It’s not quite like Kotoura-san though. Apparently, a bunch of flying fish cruised around town and bestowed psychic abilities on people. For Rinka, she received the ability to walk through inanimate objects. Imagine the shenanigans to be had!

No release date has been set for the anime adaptation, nor any news about a production studio. I’ll update as time goes by.
