A series with somewhat realistic basketball.

The first season of Kuroko no Basuke was received very well and got what it deserved when they announced that it was getting a second season. For those of you that are fans of the manga, you will enjoy the fact the anime is close to a direct translation of the series you have grown to love. For those of you that want to start with the anime, you will enjoy one of the better sports series that have been serialized. I was very happy with the announcement because the first season of the anime honestly did not get very far into the established story. Most of us know how well the actual basketball games were drawn in the manga but, when it comes to a sports series, seeing things fleshed out in anime form really elevates the level of excitement involved in the viewing experience. I hope that the series continues to live up to our support.
