We certainly don’t need a day to remind us how important our moms our (or maybe we do). Regardless, the Mahou Tofu gang will be bringing to you some Mother’s Day themed articles for your viewing pleasure.

To kick off the festivities, I bring you a beautiful arrangement of the great music from the very first Mother game. I highly recommend listening to it, even if you know nothing about the game. Players of the Super Smash Bros. franchise may recognize the “Pollyanna” theme and “Bein’ Friends,” both of which get reincarnated with each Mother title. Also, Prof. Sakamoto has the best hats.
