It’s a dream come true for improv fans.

Cult hit comedy show Whose Line Is It Anyway has been confirmed to be making a return to television with brand new episodes on The CW. Original cast members Colin Mochrie, Ryan Stiles, and Wayne Brady will be returning as well, along with one special guest per episode.

Drew Carey will, unfortunately, not be returning to host as he is already busy hosting The Price Is Right. Replacing him as host will be Aisha Tyler, who is currently a co-host of The Talk and most recently appears in the show Archer.

Whose Line Is It Anyway is a improvisational comedy show where performers act out skits, people, and even sing songs. The show originated on the UK before an American version was produced, with Drew Carey as the host and several performers from the UK, including Mochrie and Stiles, appearing as permanent performers. Despite being off the air since 2007, the show’s popularity is evident even today through compilations on Youtube.

The CW has yet to announce the premier date for the new season, though it is expected to be sometime this summer.
